First, we strengthen your foundation. Our six general management courses form the basis of our comprehensive education. You can customize your elective modules in the fields of Innovation, Technology & Entrepreneurship; Leadership & Strategy; Finance & Management and Transformation & Sustainability. Additionally, during the International Management and Intercultural Cooperation module, you will have the opportunity to understand other countries from a business perspective. Through pre-selected partnerships with a limited number of renowned universities worldwide, this module can take place at the university of your choice together with participants from the other two Executive MBA programs. This is supplemented by two leadership and personal development modules, where you are equipped with new leadership skills and take part in our mentoring program to foster your personal growth.
During the whole program you will benefit from on-going leadership & personal development which includes a TUM Leadership Profile to assess your leadership style.
