Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important factor for many companies and a lot of effort is being put into making processes and production more sustainable. But how can employees and customers be taken along on this path to a sustainable economy? In his keynote, Prof. Dr. Sebastian J. Goerg, behavioral economist at TUM, will talk about how employees and customers can be motivated to act more sustainably. In doing so, he will provide a brief insight into the effectiveness of behavioral interventions based on incentives, norms and information.
Afterwards, participants of the keynote will learn more about the certificate program “Sustainable Management & Technology”, which will start at the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning in April 2023.
The part-time continuing education program introduces current topics on sustainable management and innovative biotechnologies. Participants acquire the skills to support the transformation of their organizations towards sustainable entities. Part of the program is a series of digital inspirational lectures and consultations with coaches.
