At the grand opening of the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning in 2021, we already had the pleasure of welcoming Harald Krüger, Managing Director and Founder, KC&C Consult & Connect GmbH, Petra Scharner-Wolf, Member of the Executive Board of the Otto Group, and Dr. Reinhard Ploss, CEO of Infineon Technologies. As part of the TUM Learning Festival, we are very pleased that the three experts will be the guests once again at the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning in the unique event series “Learning from Leaders”.

In the last part of the digital “Learning from Leaders” event series 2021, Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus, founding director of the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning, talks to Dr. Reinhard Ploss. Ploss, who was named “Manager of the Year” by Handelsblatt in 2020 and has now been CEO of Infineon Technologies for almost 10 years. In the panel discussion on November 9 at 4:30 p.m., he will talk about the importance of lifelong learning and the relevance of technology for managers and corporate development, among other topics. Prof. Dr. Peus will present current theses and findings from leadership research. The event will probably be held in English.
