Und wie baue ich einen digitalen Prototyp f\u00fcr meine Businessidee? Mit diesen Fragen setzten sich die Teilnehmer des von der TUM School of Management organisierten interaktiven Seminars \u201eInnovation and Business Development\u201c auseinander.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die zweit\u00e4gige Fortbildung f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte fand in Reichertshofen in der Wacker Neuson Academy statt und war das dritte von f\u00fcnf Modulen des \u201eLeadership Excellence Program\u201c. Die Wacker Neuson Group, ein b\u00f6rsennotierter Hersteller von Bauger\u00e4ten und Kompaktmaschinen, besch\u00e4ftigt weltweit \u00fcber 6.000 Mitarbeiter \u2013 und so trafen Managing Directors, Executives und Heads of Central Departments aus Deutschland, der Schweiz, \u00d6sterreich, UK, den USA und Schweden zusammen.<\/p>\n<p>Eine ideale M\u00f6glichkeit zum Netzwerken und zum Entwickeln von gemeinsamen Ideen. In einem interaktiven Seminar lernten die Teilnehmer in Gruppenarbeiten, aus einer Business Idee ein entsprechendes Business Modell zu entwickeln, erstellten digitale Prototypen in Form von Landing Pages und Videos, welche die Business Idee erkl\u00e4rten und in Szene setzten. Die Umsetzung bereitete den Teilnehmern nicht nur viel Spa\u00df, sondern half ihnen auch, auf einfache und effiziente Weise eine Business Idee zu veranschaulichen \u2013 ein n\u00fctzliches Tool f\u00fcr den Arbeitsalltag!<\/p>\n<p>Zum Abschluss des Seminars wurden die Business Ideen in gro\u00dfer Runde vor den anderen Teilnehmern und einem der Vorst\u00e4nde pr\u00e4sentiert. Die Ideen sorgten f\u00fcr spannende Diskussionen und regen Austausch zwischen allen Teilnehmern. Vor allem waren sie aber begeistert, in welch kurzer Zeit sie zu einem Ergebnis gekommen waren.<\/p>\n<p>Umso mehr freuen sich nun alle auf ein weiteres Modul mit dem Thema \u201eLeading in an Agile Environment\u201c. Die Teilnehmer werden sich im Zuge dieses Seminars mit agiler Transformation, Regeln, Methoden und Techniken der Agilit\u00e4t besch\u00e4ftigen. Zudem werden sie sich mit F\u00fchrungsprinzipien in einem agilen Umfeld auseinandersetzen und sich den Fragen stellen \u201eWie f\u00fchre ich agile Teams?\u201c und \u201eWie f\u00fchre und ver\u00e4ndere ich andere?\u201c.
