April<\/strong> feierte die <strong>\u201eClass of 2021\u201c <\/strong>des<strong> Executive MBA in Innovation &amp; Business Creation <\/strong>ihren Auftakt in M\u00fcnchen. Zum Start hatten die <strong>34 Teilnehmer\/-innen<\/strong> aus <strong>15 Nationen<\/strong> \u2013 rund 50 Prozent der Class sind internationale Teilnehmer, ein Drittel Frauen \u2013 direkt Gelegenheit zum gegenseitigen Kennenlernen. F\u00fcr Teamwork und lustige Unterhaltung sorgte ein <strong>Rube Goldberg<\/strong> Workshop, bei dem mehrere Teams gemeinsam eine Nonsense-Maschine bauten.<\/p>\n<p>Den Umgang mit strategischen Business-Tools vertiefte das erste Modul <strong>\u201eStrategy &amp; Organization\u201c <\/strong>mit <strong>Prof. Dr. Thomas Hutzschenreuter <\/strong>vom TUM Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Strategic and International Management sowie <strong>Prof. Oliver Alexy<\/strong>, Lehrstuhl Strategic Entrepreneurship. Zahlreiche Gastredner teilten ihre strategischen Einblicke aus der Praxis, darunter Philipp Engelhardt (ehemaliger CFO von Groupon Europe), \u00a0<strong>Dr. Dominik Pf\u00f6rringer<\/strong> (Klinikum Rechts der Isar) und EMBA IBC Alumnus <strong>Gregor Reischle<\/strong> (Head of Additive Manufacturing T\u00dcV S\u00fcd).<\/p>\n<p>Als wichtige Grundlage f\u00fcr die kommenden Monate erhielten die neuen Teilnehmer eine Einf\u00fchrung in die <strong>Team Projects<\/strong>, bei denen sie in kleinen Teams an der Entwicklung von Gesch\u00e4ftsideen arbeiten werden. Bei der Orientierung halfen erste inhaltliche Sessions zu <strong>Opportunity Recognition<\/strong> und <strong>Team Formation. <\/strong>Am letzten Abend des Moduls war am <strong>29. April <\/strong>Gelegenheit zum Networking mit Partnern des <strong>Venture Capital Funds<\/strong> der <strong>UnternehmerTUM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Wir freuen uns \u00fcber den gelungenen Programmauftakt der <strong>Class of 2021<\/strong>.
