Mit digitalen Business-Simulationen und interaktiven Lerntechniken starteten die Teilnehmer unseres Executive MBA in Business & IT<\/strong> ins neue Jahr. Im Rahmen des Moduls \u201eBusiness Processes & Technology\u201c <\/strong>standen vom 28. Januar \u2013 1. Februar<\/strong> neuste Erkenntnisse an der Schnittstelle zwischen General Management und IT auf dem Programm.<\/p>\n

Unter Leitung von Prof. Dr. Helmut Krcmar<\/strong>, TUM Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Wirtschaftsinformatik, diskutierte das Modul den digitalen Wandel in der Unternehmenswelt mit einer Reihe hochkar\u00e4tiger Gastredner. Zu den zahlreichen Highlights z\u00e4hlte eine Evening Session<\/strong> zum Thema \u201eBusiness Processes & Technology at Henkel\u201c<\/strong>, pr\u00e4sentiert von Dr. Joachim J\u00e4ckle<\/strong>, Corporate Senior Vice President Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) bei Henkel.<\/p>\n

Weiterhin waren die Teilnehmer gefordert, ihre F\u00fchrungsf\u00e4higkeiten ihm Rahmen eines digitalen Planspiels unter Beweis zu stellen: Das interaktive CIO Business Game<\/strong> sorgte f\u00fcr direktes Feedback beim Bew\u00e4ltigen simulierter Business-Entscheidungen und wurde entwickelt von den TUM-Experten Prof. Dr. Helmut Krcmar<\/strong>, Dr. Markus B\u00f6hm<\/strong> und Dr. Harald Kienegger<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Gelegenheit zur pers\u00f6nlichen Weiterentwicklung der Teilnehmer gab ein Kurs in Story Lining<\/strong> mit Executive Coach Martin Stellmacher<\/strong>. Ebenfalls im Rahmen des Leadership & Personal Development<\/strong> absolvierten die Teilnehmer einen English Writing Course<\/strong> mit Sprachtrainer Jeremiah Hendren<\/strong> von Pro-Lehre.<\/p>\n

Als besondere Erg\u00e4nzung des Curriculums organisierte der Alumniverein das Alumni-Panel zum Thema \u201eUse Cases in Virtual Reality in Organizations Today\u201c<\/strong> unter der Moderation von Julia Specht<\/strong>, EMBA Alumna. Direkte Anwendungen bei der Deutschen Bahn erkl\u00e4rte als VIP-Referentin Sabrina Schulze<\/strong>, Head of New Learning Solutions and Business Excellence von DB Training. Weitere Beispiele lieferten Uli Buckenlei<\/strong>, EMBA Alumnus und Gr\u00fcnder von Viroic gemeinsam mit seiner Kollegin Natalia Daniltseva<\/strong> sowie Sarah Knobloch<\/strong>, Vorsitzende von Lebensland e.V.<\/p>\n

Als n\u00e4chstes behandeln die Teilnehmer die neusten Erkenntnisse in den Bereichen Marketing, Recht und Ethik im Modul \u201eMarkets, Laws & Ethics\u201c<\/strong> vom 25. Februar \u2013 1. M\u00e4rz 2019<\/strong> an der Universit\u00e4t St. Gallen in der Schweiz. Das f\u00fcnft\u00e4gige Modul richtet sich speziell an F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte im Zeitalter der Digitalisierung.<\/p>\n
