W\u00e4hrend der f\u00fcnf Tage in M\u00fcnchen leiteten die TUM-Professor*innen und Expert*innen Dr. Rebecca Preller, Prof. Dr. Joachim Henkel, Prof. Hana Milanov, Prof. Nicola Breugst sowie Dr. Martin B\u00f6hm und Prof. Philipp Maume Sessions zu Themen wie Entrepreneurship, Open Innovation, Innovationskultur und Internationalisierungsm\u00f6glichkeiten von Innovationen. Sie beantworteten Fragen wie: Wie kann ich erfolgreiche Gesch\u00e4ftsideen generieren? Warum ist das Team das wichtigste Asset f\u00fcr Innovation? Was ist der Lean-Startup-Ansatz? Und: Wie kann ich den durch Innovation geschaffenen Wert erfassen? Gastdozent*innen brachten ihre praktischen Erfahrungen mit dem Unternehmertum in Start-ups ein und erl\u00e4uterten, wie Innovation in internationalen Unternehmen entstehen kann.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Die Woche in M\u00fcnchen war eine gro\u00dfartige Gelegenheit, neue Einblicke und Perspektiven auf Unternehmertum und Innovationsmanagement zu gewinnen. Im Jahr 2021 beginnen mehrere neue Kooperationsprojekte mit nordischen Universit\u00e4ten, wie z. B. der NHH. Jedes Programm ist auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der internationalen Gruppe zugeschnitten und besteht aus Modulen, die haupts\u00e4chlich Management- und F\u00fchrungsthemen abdecken.<\/p>\n<p><em>F\u00fcr alle unsere Programme gelten die aktuellen Corona-Vorschriften.
